Shipping Policy

Each Dead Drop is available for preorder for a limited time. After the preorder window closes, I personally handle the printing or embroidery process before shipping it directly to you. You can find the estimated shipping date for the current drop on the product page.

Return Policy

I am committed to providing high-quality, made-to-order items crafted with care and precision. Because our products are custom-made just for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, such as a defect, damage, or a mistake on our part, please contact us at orders@stillalivesupplyco.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item, if applicable

We will review your concern promptly and work with you to resolve the issue, whether that involves a replacement, refund, or another solution.

International Shipping & Customs Fees

We currently ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand using USPS and DHL Express.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are not included in your order total at checkout. These fees are determined by your country’s customs agency and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

What this means for you:

  • Any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import fees will be collected by your country’s postal service or courier before final delivery.
  • We do not have control over these charges, and they vary by country.
  • If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Estimated Delivery Times

Each item is made to order before being shipped. Production times may vary, and shipping estimates begin once your order has been completed and shipped.

  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • UK & Ireland: 7-14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, holidays, or carrier processing times.
