Still Alive Supply Co. is built on independence and a deep respect for the process. Every piece is designed, printed, and shipped from my garage to your doorstep. It’s about quality materials, premium print methods, and the kind of detail that only comes from doing it yourself. This journey began 13 years ago, and I am filled with immense gratitude for the chance to share my craft again.
Appreciate the support,
- Gage
I suck at writing shit like this without sounding like a total cornball but here's the full history of Still Alive to the best of my memory. Probably forgot a lot and I'll edit this page until the end of time but for now this will have to do. Thanks for joining me on this ride. -Gage
Growing up my life was action sports and punk rock. I knew I wanted to create something in that space eventually and in 2011 I went for it. I was in college studying to be a history teacher and had no idea what I was doing. Spent my free time learning design and web development and eventually some people noticed. I wish there was a great story behind the name but it comes from the chorus of Jimmy Eat's World's song "Blister."
Early on I started connecting with small pop punk bands (some that are still ripping today) and gained a small following. I was connecting with tons of new people and it was truly such an exciting time. After running SA for a few months I transferred colleges to study graphic design. Still Alive was on the backs of some rising stars in the pop punk scene and led to some lifelong friendships.
The original logo I designed when starting out no longer resonated with me now that I had a few years of design experience. I set out to create a new logo and branding system that accurately represented Still Alive which led to the current hourglass logo.
At the same time I was about to graduate college and wanted to own every aspect of production. I watched a bunch of screenprinting videos on YouTube and made the jump to my own print press and equipment. First few weeks with the press were rough but I kept learning and refining until everything I released was printed by me.
While I had high hopes of running Still Alive full time now that I had graduated college life got in the way. I released seasonal lines but most of my time was dedicated to my full-time design job. Eventually the lines got smaller and smaller and I felt burnt out after 5+ years of running the brand full speed.
There was no official end date or time I decided to stop, SA just faded into the background of my life. Even though I wasn't actively working on anything I always said that it wasn't ever over. In 2020 I released two small drops then a global pandemic hit.
While the world was in chaos I accepted a new job in Seattle, WA accompanied by a move across the country. New job had great work/life balance and I finally had time to focus on Still Alive again but a new problem arose; I had a 550ft apartment in the city with no space to screenprint.
I moved to a bigger place! Shipped my printing equipment from my parent's house in Pennsylvania and setup a screenprint studio in my garage. I spent all of 2024
